Please provide both of the following to vendor who is sending firearms to us. It is the your responsibility to make sure the item is 100% CA compliant and/or legal for us to transfer it to you.

Prior to your Background check, the following must be completed:
- Purchaser Fill out complete section B, question 9 – 23 of the enclosed form 4473, print the whole form, date and sign 22 & 23
- A copy of your driver’s license
- A copy of one of these: firearm safety certificate, hunter license, CCW, peace officer badge, or military ID
- A copy of one of these: utility bill, DMV auto registration, cable bill, internet bill, phone bill, property tax
- A copy of your passport or birth certificate if your driver’s license has “Federal Limits Apply” or you are not a USA citizen
NOTE: please print double-sided on the 4473 and consolidate all print outs items #2-#5 to minimum number of pages if possible
